Is this island back to normal????

We were there early January '05 and the main shopping/cruise dock area was back in order. The hotels were all in various phases of rehab from Ivan. About 80% of the resturants were back open. The Courtyard hotel and its beach cafe/bar/rental/bathroom facilities (at Seven Mile Beach where we stayed) was fully operational and open to the public. The east side appeared to have taken the worst of the storm and most of the buildings were damaged. Very disturbing to see all of the damage to the island but they are working very hard to bring things back.
