I was wondering if there are charges for beverages other than sodas. I am specifically thinking of iced tea, milk, juice. I am interested in knowing if they charge at meals and also about these specific drinks being ordered at the bar (although I don't think I would order milk at the bar).

Count on anything containing alcohol being charged to your shipboard account. Juices, ice tea, and I think milk are not. :) Sodas are also charged to your account unless you have a soda card.

juice, coffee, tea, milk, iced tea are free

there is a small charge for the specialty coffees served in the windstar cafe (much cheaper than a starbucks though, a cafe mocha is only 1.50) but the pastries and desserts are free

oh and on HAL ice cream is free ;)

You cannot order ice tea at the bar. It is available in the Lido. Sorry, but I cannot answer if there is a charge for juice or milk at a bar, maybe someone else can.

I eat the sugar-free whatever, but I think the best thing is the tub of crushed pistachio nuts!

You will be charged for anything you order at a bar. There are juices, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, available in the Lido buffet. The variety changes but there's always some things available 24 hours a day.
