Just heard from the other half and the ship is out of dry dock and making its way back to the cruise terminal.
As far as I know everything is finished and ready apart from a few last minute tweaks.
Enjoy your cruise if you're joining her soon! :)

Can't wait to see the Volendam--after the re-routing, etc. will be very happy to board in Kobe! Also looking forward to ports not usually visited by HAL.

Singapore.
He was working in the show lounge, he's an electrican by trade.
Ship's now docked back at the cruise terminal, he will be leaving late this evening (UK time, early morning Singapore time) to go to the Bahama's to work on Grand Princess and the Nordam.
He has hideous flights though...Singapore to Hong Kong, Hong Kong to Los Angeles, Los Angeles to Miami, Miami to Freeport:rolleyes:

Will definitely do a review--this is such a "different" cruise!!!! Not one too many loyal HAL cruisers get to do. So looking forward to this cruise.
