coke is available on the ship
if you drink a lot of soda - this card may interest you:
$50.00 Soda Card (http://boards.cruisecritic.com/gift/gift/giftMoreDetails.action?giftCatalogItemId=547)cost $25.00
The soda card costs $25 but has a face value of $50. Each time you buy a soda with it $2.24 ($1.95 + 15%) is deducted from the value. $50/$2.24 = 22 cans, with $0.72 left over. You can use that $0.72 with $1.52 on your room key card (or another soda card) to get another can.

When you get to your cabin just order the vodka from
room service. It will come with your choice of mixers
as well. Itīs about $34 for the package.
You will see beverage prices in your room service menu
in your room.
Cheers!;)

I this week just ordered Smimoff $27.60. Make sure you take delivery at sea if sailing from FL goes for beverage cards to or you will pay FL sales tax.

Just a note - when we chose (and paid for) delivery at sea it was in our room when we got to our cabin (from Tampa).

i don't know about new york as it has been years since since we sailed out of there
i just know about florida's sales tax
also if you order anything like a coke or a cocktail before the ship is 10 miles out to sea -- the florida sales tax will be added onto your bill

We always order a bottle of Sterling Vodka (sometimes 2 depending on the length of the cruise) We always order it at sea but it is always waiting in our room when we arrive. Since we don't drink tonic with it, we get a soda card and stock up on sprite. We have the room steward take all the things out of the fridge and put our soda in it. It is nice to sit out on the balcony and have a drink without having to run to a bar and get one. If I go to the bar I am usually done with it or the ice is melted by the time I get back to the room.

I'm not sure what sodas they have available because we always just bring our own favorites on when we board, and and replenish our stock as needed when we are in port during the cruise.

I don't know the entire array of Coke products, but do know they have:
Coke, Diet Coke, Caffeine Free, Caffeine Free Diet, Sprite, Diet Sprite. On some itineraries the diet version may be Coke Lite.
Iced tea isn't considered a soda. It's available pretty much all afternoon and evening in the Lido. You can also ask for it in the dining room.

BC or Washington state. Prices onboard don't even phase us when compared to the state run liquor stores and restaurant bar prices (and I'm not even talking fancy ones... I'm talking like a rum and coke vs getting one at an applebees or something :)

I like the perks of HAL with being able to buy a bottle at a good price and being able to bring drinks on board is HAL the only cruise line that does this?

Does anyone know if lime comes with this package? The HAL website doesn't give any more info. We're fans of G&Ts -- but lime is a must.
Thanks

no -- either stop by a bar or order lime through room service
if you are on a ship that has a refrigerator -- you can store some sliced limes for a couple of days
