Booking shore excursion ?

Probably a stupid question, but do you have to go completely through the booking process, billing credit card and all before it will tell you if an excursion is full?

If you don't know the answer then it's not a stupid question. And, unfortunately, I don't know the answer! I wouldn't think that would be necessary, but I can't remember ever coming up with a full excursion, either.

if the excursion is full then it will say "waitlist only" when you select the times under each passenger
