You'll be pleased to know she has now left Freeport.

Other half text me about 10 minutes ago to say the ship is clear of the dry dock and making her way back to Ft. Lauderdale.

How nice of you to let everyone know - we will not be on her until next year (early), but for those going now - I envy you - brand new fixings but still the feel of elegance. you have to love it :):)

Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou. We will be boarding the Maasdam tomorrow, and I have checked the boards about a dozen times today hoping to hear your message.

This will be our seventeenth HAL cruise, and our seventh cruise aboard the Beautiful and Elegant Maasdam. You'll probably find this hard to believe, but she is our favorite ship. It was aboard the Maasdam when we received the copper pin and this time we will cross the exhaulted 4 star threshold aboard her.

Bon Voyage everyone! See you at the meet and greet 11:00 a.m. Monday!:)

We are VERY eager to see the new parts of Maasdam. I loved her just the way she was so I get a little 'queasy' thinking of the many changes.

For those of you boarding tomorrow, have a great cruise.

To those currently aboard Maasdam making your way to FLL, sail safely. I imagine after such extensive work there must be lots of testing and checking to do to make sure all is in perfect order.

Happy Landings.........

Please take lots of pictures for us and post your comments/review as soon as you can. First time on HAL and an ''older'' ship for me on May 14th.

He'll be on the Grand Princess next :)

That should be the last one before he comes home, yeay!

By the way, he'll change from being the "OH" to "The Husband" in June :D

Looking at the port fever web cam, you can see the blue hull hidden behind Allure of the Seas and Solstice.

A somewhat better view of Maasdam. Hard to see her but appears she is at Pier 26.

InletCam has the best view of the ships in Port. Just contact me on the webpage if you want any particular close-up of a ship.

I get so much pleasure watching the blue hulled beauties sail from Port Everglades thanks to you. :)

It is greatly appreciated.
