An older friend and her disabled husband just got back from the Bahamas Celebration cruise. She was extremely pleased with the ship and the crew. They sailed on a very windy West Palm Beach day and she said that the ship did very well in 5-6 ft seas. Her husband is in a wheelchair and she said that the crew was extremely helpful getting them off, on and around the ship. The food was good and the gambling was great. He won $300 in slots and she won $860 in Texas Hold Em. They didn't have the fanciest room but for the price, she was pleased. They were on the 8th deck and she liked the idea that there was a buffett located right above her deck. Overall she gave the ship high ratings. This was not her first cruise, she has been on many, mostly Carnival and RCL. She said the ship was extremely clean compared to some of the bigger ones she has been on in the past. She will be sailing again on this ship but this time without her spouse because it was too confining for her. She's looking forward to another adventure on this ship.:)
