(please bare with me if this is a little convoluted!) :)

We'll be earning the Oosterdam's Mexican Riviera itinerary for next March ('06) though a company incentive, however what's included with that is just the costs for my husband and I.

We plan on bringing our 4 & 8 year olds with us as well, and I'm trying to get a BALLPARK on what I can expect to pay to add them to our cabin.

Can someone point me in the right direction to figure out HAL's kids pricing? Is it half-fare? Flat rate? FREE? :D hehehehe...not.

We won't be able to deal with the TA who will be booking all of the cruise-related details until after July, so I'd love to just be able to get a guess-timate on what I need to budget for them. We've never cruised before so this is me navigating some seriously unchartered waters! :p

Did that make any sense? LOL!

TIA,

Go to HAL's website and select a cruise that will be similar to the one that you will taking - not all of 2006 schedules are posted. Then go the prices and scroll down to the bottom - it tells you there what the cost is for the 3rd and 4th passenger in the cabin.

I have been pricing out on HAL's website for my nieces and nephews for our cruise next year, the kids will pay what an adult 3rd or 4th passenger would pay. Really no discounts at all for children under the age of 18.

Caroline - I checked the prices for the 3 March Oosterdam cruises and the price for each of the children would be

$1387.72 Cdn with air

$658.72 Cdn without air

You would have to make sure you got a cabin that sleeps 4 persons.

This will give you a ballpark figure. Hope this helps

Those Cdn. prices will really help me budget! I'll be first on the phone July 1 with the TA to make sure we get a cabin big enough for the 4 of us.

TA!
