Has anybody done this excursion? I believe Holland offers it.

And we did a similar one on St. Martin the day before. The St Martin one was not great, but we really enjoyed the Tortola one. You don't have a long dusty bus ride to the jeep, they pick you up right at the cruise port, and it is a really beautiful island, much cleaner than St. Martin.
I will be updating my cruise review "Westerdam Review" this weekend with all of the Tortola and Half Moon Cay details, but we liked the hike up to the highest point on Tortola, and the beach that we went to was lovely. The only turn off was that you had to rent the lounge chair at the beach and we didn't think we were there long enough for that, but I got a primo hammock on the beach and read 2 chapters of my book, and there was a cute beach bar, so it was nice.
The roads are really twisty and sometimes seem to be completely vertical, so sit in a ways if you are the scare-easily type.
