On the Zuiderdam, are the movies current or are they older ones?
Thanks,

Usually the movies are right after the movie theatre, just before the home rental stage.
If that makes any sense?
Once in a while there will be very old, classic films shown, but I would not expect this as often on a 7-day cruise.

We call the movie categoy "right after the theatre and just before the video store": airplane movies.

Last week it was a combination of Ray, Friday Night Lights, Shall We Dance and others of that time period that were shown in the Queen's lounge. Also there are slightly older movies shown in your state room (Cinderella Story, Vanity Fair, Sideways, Mr. 3000)

Caroline,
Movies in the theatre and in your room are all free. You'll be provided a guide telling you when movies are showing in your room.
Of course if you are in a normal stateroom you will be viewing the movie on a tiny 13 inch screen that is positioned up in the far corner of the room.
