We are cruising western carib on Westerdam March 27. Called HAL for info on
dry cleaning and laundry as it is not included with SS cabin. They did not give me an answer with any details. I hope some C/C rs can fill me in .
Hoping for a happy cruise :)

What would you like to know?

You can have laundry done by the piece, by the bag or by the cruise (i.e., unlimited laundry) - same with dry cleaning.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I would like to know if there is a price per bag of laundry or amount of dry cleaning , per person , per cabin per week etc.
Thanks again,
Stan:)

Per bag
per cabin/per cruise

are the two breakdowns. I don't have the current prices, though. Hopefully someone else will jump in with them...

It was $12.00 per bag (as much as you could cram in) on the Westerdam in Dec. There is a dark blue laundry bag in one of the closets - think it was in the one with the safe. If you can't find it, ask your cabin steward for one. There should also be a check list inside the bag.

I was quoted $45 for unlimited laundrypr $12.95 per bag on my 3/31/05 trip on the Maasdam (10 nights). The downside was the 3-day turnaround. I may go for it, just to have everything ironed after unpacking and I won't have a bunch of dirty laundry when I get home. Anyone know how big those bags are? Does it really take 3 days?

The bags were about standard pillowcase size. If we put laundry out before 10AM, we had it back the afternoon of the next day.
