Has anyone taken the train from Nynasham to Stockholm for the day, is it a viable option to the ships tour, or to much hassle. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would suggest asking this question on the Northern Europe forum (under Ports of Call). You're limiting your responses here to just those from HAL fans. In addition to cruises from all the lines, there are a number of locals posting on the Ports of Call forums who kindly help out us visitors to their home areas.
