I'm surprised we don't see more wildlife here in our yard, since we are surrounded by acres of trees. Lot's of insects, of course.....

or sell them at least. I like the picture of the Butterfly, but I'm scared of bugs or I should say anything with hairy little bodies, antenas and bug eyes. I can't even watch the cartoon "A Bugs Life.":eek:

Gorgeous shots Margaret! So crisp and clear and such pure color. I love the pics of the Beavers resting from there hard work..Precious! It's really beautiful in MA. Much better than City life.

The Nikon camera Steve got me for Valentine's day takes great zoom pictures, so I have been trying that out more and more. The only thing I don't like about the camera is the inside pictures, since you have to manually do the flash.....and the colors still don't seem realistic with the flash.

Nope, it's a Coolpix P100....not overly expensive. No extra lenses to carry around either.

I was quite impressed with the zoom, in March on the JEWEL sitting up in the lounge we would see boats/ships in the distance out the windows and could just barely make them out...but with the zoom I was able to read the boat names off the side of them.

Here's a bird who hit the window not just once today, but twice.....he stunned himself for about 10 minutes and flew away. This was also taken through the screen door.
