I rest found out that ther is a $20USD export tax on all tourists leaving ROATAN. DOES THIS APPLY to CRUISE PASSENGERS? Are there any similar taxes on Cozumel or Grand Caymen?

When you pay the cruisefare, all taxes are included in that.
