What's a 'yum yum' man?

Several postings have mentioned a 'yum yum man'. Who is he? Thanks!

When you leave the vista dining room from dinner there is a guy there with mints, figs, pieces of ginger etc. for a little after dinner tummy settler. He asks if you want a yum yum :)

On some of the HAL ships the Yam Yam Man will come around with a cart in the dining room for brekfrest with sweet rolls and other rolls. We have had great Yam Yam Men and have tipped them. Penny

Joe was our Yum Yum Man for the Upper Dinning Room of the Zuiderdam. He got to come around and play the musical tones to call us to dinner too! Marilyn
