Possibly. The only way to know for sure is to ask the agent!

All of it is refundable in cash if it came 100% from the TA. OBC that comes from Regent or if Regent participates with the TA in the OBC is not refundable for cash. Some TA's have agreements with Regent to provide substantial OBC's in conjunction with the TA where both put dollars into the pot, these are not refundable for cash.

Sometimes there will be cards left in your suite telling you the amount of your shipboard credits and whether or not they are redeemable for cash. If not, go to Reception and they will let you know. Any redeemable cash will be given to you as soon as you request it - absolutely no arguments.
