Does anyone remember the specs of the in-cabin power outlets on the Oosterdam? I want to bring an light-up alarm clock on our 4/23 cruise. Are there any power outlets near the nightstand in an "S suite", and if so, are they 110v/60hz or 220v/50hz?
I did do a search, but couldn't find the answer.
Thanks in advance,
- Erik

There's a dual outlet on the bed's left side (at least in my cabin, might be on the right in others) that's for 110v (i.e., standard US 3-prong outlet). There's a multitude of others near the desk and sofa and also (I think) in the vanity area.

On the Zuiderdam we had mostly 120v, however there was a 220v plug behind the TV you could use :)

While the voltage is 110ac, it is NOT 60 cycles and your electric alarm clock will either lose or gain time, I don't recall which. But the bottom line is that it will NOT keep accurate time. If you want to rely on an alarm clock, you will be better off with a battery-operated travel alarm clock.
