The Westerdam and Rotterdam both have Baltic Cruises. Which ship do you prefer? We have never been on a Holland America Cruise, but love Celebrity because of its food, service, and ambiance. We have also met the nicest people on our Celebrity Cruises and that is also important to us.

The Rotterdam is a bit smaller. Yet she's a lovely ship. (Still our overall favorite to date.) The vista class ships are great, too. A primary difference is that the Rotterdam's decor is a bit more understated and elegant, IMO. Either ship should do nicely.

One thing to keep in mind is that the Westerdam does not have guest laundry services, while the Rotterdam does. That may be a factor in your decision, depending on the length of your cruise.
