:confused:Does anyone know if they serve high tea on the Eurodam? I know they used to on their other ships. One of the ladies going on our Oct cruise really likes going to high tea. Thanks.

Afternoon (low) tea is served every day. Depending on length of the cruise, at least once per cruise there should be a Royal Dutch Tea and an Indonesian Tea. The Royal Dutch Tea is more elaborate than low tea.

I'd make sure what kind of 'tea' the lady wants. I googled 'high tea' and found this link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_(meal)) that will describe the different types for you. As Ruth mentioned, HAL serves 'Afternoon Tea'.

Afternoon Tea is usually served around 3 PM -- check your Explorer Daily program for the exact time and place. Sometimes it is in the dining room and sometimes in the Explorer's Lounge.
Also some ships have being CupCake Tea.

Yummy!!!! (sorry the photo is so small, I don't know how to post a full size one.) There were 10 different kinds of little cupcakes at our tea - delish!

Ruth - thanks for the info. I'm pretty sure she is remembering the Royal Dutch Tea. She really goes for the formal side of things.
