Zuiderdam questions

We were wondering if anyone knows what time HAL begins boarding the Zuiderdam (thinking of trying her in July)? Do they have a lunch available on embarkation day? I was also wondering if anyone knows what types of beverages are complimentary on the Zuiderdam for children 8 & 12 and if they offer a soda card if soda not included if so what is the cost?

They usually start boarding around 11am and if your cabin is not ready for you, they direct you to the Lido where you can eat lunch. HAL does offer a soda card that costs $27.50 when you order it in advance from their online site. Ice tea, milk and sometimes lemonade are all complimentary during the day. :)
