Formal nights on Zuiderdam

Can anyone tell me which night on the cruise are formal, semi-formal and casual. We are trying to make sure we have the right outfits picked out and if we have enough.

Usually sea days are formal nights. When we did Zui Eastern in Dec 04 the formal nights were Monday and Thursday. The informal was -I think- Wednesday, Tortola.
