Main Deck Westerdam ?

To anyone with who knows this class of ship....What is located aft on the main deck? Is it accessable? It looks like and observation deck, but I can't quite tell. Thanks. We may go ahead and choose an inside on this deck if this area is what I hope it is : )

Aft of Main Deck is Kitchen and Galley Space. I believe it is open for the crew only. Also, there is a machinery space located back that way. The vibration can be annoying. If you have a choice I would recommend elsewhere.
