I picked up my Cruise Atlas for 2012-2013 from my TA a couple of weeks ago after contacting HAL for some brochures for travel in Europe and Asia for 2012, which I have yet to receive. Yesterday I received a very glossy brochure from HAL listing all the wonderful things one can experience from sailing HAL. It's a fine introduction to HAL and its ambience, but why send such an expensive marketing tool to someone who has no need of an introduction to HAL? (I'm just a few days short of being a 4-star Mariner and will over the next six months be sailing with HAL for 75 days!)
I also received a brochure offering 40% off the fare on selected 2012 cruises. That one I liked since I spoke with my TA who was able to adjust the fare on a Collector's Cruise to Europe I'd already booked with her. Saved me several hundred dollars which I can put toward airfare back home from Rotterdam. That I appreciated!
