On the Zuiderdam, are the breakfasts and lunch open seating or assigned seating like dinner? If they are assigned, what are the times for early seating?

Breakfast and lunch is open seating. The dining room is always open for breakfast. There have been times that it is closed for lunch and only the Lido is open when the ship is in port.
