If you booked through Regent 21 to 28 days beforehand. If through a TA ,anytime. Why not give your TA a ring?

I once received mine 4 or 5 days before departure (through my TA).

At any rate everything is computerized and your names will be on the list.

I forgot; of course Wripro is right; you don't need the documents at all. They don't even ask for them. All you have to do is show up with your passport. Happy sails!

p.s. the enclosed luggage tags do help your bags get to the right deck etc. but they wouldn't get lost in any case....

Actually, depending on where you are sailing from you may need your ticket. For example: to enter New Zealand you'll need a return or continuing ticket to clear their passport control. May not be applicable here but don't want folks getting too cavalier;).

GD, yes you're right; I didn't think very deeply -- some places do require you to show that you have a way back out of there before they'll let you in! And, it must be certain that NZ is one of them.

My T/A said Regent is sending my docs FEDEX tomorrow. She could not really explain why they are taking so long except that they had recently changed over to some new documents whatever that means

We're leaving on next Wednesday & I just got my documents an hour ago from my TA. I knew everything was probably computerized; but I was still happy to see that package!!

Hi Kathy - we're on the same cruise. HAvnt had ours yet & I was getting a bit twitchy. Col Wes has started a new thread that they are in a new format - is that right?
