Flying out this Friday and sailing on the Zuiderdam Saturday. We're all so very excited we can hardly sleep, but you all know what I am talking about.

I call this 'cruise brain syndrome'.... my body might be here at work, but my brain has already flown the coop and is sailing the Caribbean as we speak!

I'm so excited for you with your upcoming back to back and one of them on my favorite ship. Are you packed, or are you mentally packed, and can you see yourself in that beautiful suite yet? :D :D We are very excited here as well. This time next Mondy, we will be on a plane to San Diego where DH and I will board the Ryndam on the 16th. :D I'm not sure that I can get anything done besides smiling for the next week.

Hey Doone,

It's finally March!! Have a terrific pair of cruises. We board QM2 on Wednesday and I'm quivering with glee as every hour creeps by.

The curious thing is while the cruise countdown is such an excruciating wait, once you're standing in the passenger terminal clutching your ticket it's as if no time has passed since you were last there.

Doone: As I understand it you are doing a week on the Zuiderdam followed by some time on the Volendam. May you have a wonderful time. I suspect that you will enjoy the Zuiderdam but you will enjoy the Volendam even more than the Zuiderdam. Whichever, ship you are sailing, please let me know if they offer corned beef and cabbage and Irish Soda bread on the 17th!!
