Has anyone gotten a response back from Guest relations when they have e-mailed the address below.

On the site there is a contact email which I used, and YES they did respond. It took about 4-6 weeks. After getting the email they emailed me to tell me that they are looking into what I wrote about and will get back to me within 4-6 weeks, and they did.

yes, I have used the contact site. I received a reply in about 7 weeks.:) You'll get an automated email reply and then the 'official reply' later.
It is very helpful as well for lost and found, etc. I would have never gotten my items back if I hadn't used it :) Thanks HAL:)
