Kudos for HAL

My brother and his partner are going on this next cruise with us. They're both visually impaired, with DB's partner having extremely poor vision. DB called HAL about getting reserved seating up front for the shows. Not only did she take care of that she also asked him if they'd be interested in other available services like books on tape. I was impressed with her going beyond what was asked for and volunteering additional services.

Thanks for sharing this... my Dad is also visually impaired (legally blind) and my parents are leaving on 3/21/05 for Hawaii on the Statendam... I will call and check for these services for him tomorrow.
