Transfer question (before / after cruise)

We are thinking about doing the 7-day Western Caribbean cruise in october. Before the cruise we would stay a couple of days at WDW and another 2 days in Ft. Lauderdale after the cruise. To get to Port Canaveral from WDW, the Disney transfer is probably the easiest solution. Any other possibilities which might get us to the port earlier and/or cheaper? (We are 2 adults)

What options would we have after the cruise to get to Ft. Lauderdale. We were thinking Amtrak or Greyhound but Port Canaveral seems to be a bit out of the way for both. Rental car is not an option (no drivers license).

Thanks! Do you know how much they charge for a one-way transfer from Port Canaveral to Ft. Lauderdale for 2 adults? Their website is not accessible at the moment (exceeded bandwidth).
