Is there any place on HAL'S web site (i.e. My Account) to see if you have been credited OBC that is due? Final payment has been made. Rather check my self, than bother my TA.

OBCs are not displayed on HAL's website. They will be shown on your onboard account once on the ship.
The only option is to ask your TA with a copy of your receipt showing OBCs.

It is my understanding that if you book through HAL -- you will see you shipboard credit on HAL's site.

But the majority of us do not book through HAL. Within a few days of final payment our TA automatically sends us a copy showing that our cruise is paid off as well as all the shipboard credit that we are due.
