Trouble again

Soo... some may know I am having problems with me TA. I still have not heard back about Promo 267, HAL wont help me. Also the price went down $100 the other night JUST before the SS class was sold out. I got a screen print and sent it to her. She emailed back a week later said she was on vacation and said she faxed HAL my request...... Haven't heard anything back. The price is now currently sitting at $300 higher then what I paid if you go look on the site now.

Here is my problem, final payment is due Tuesday. I cannot cancell and rebook with another TA becauase it ship is almost sold out and SS is sold out.

Can I transfer the booking? will they offer the lower price I saw on HAL or Promo 267.. or am I out of luck?

I am actually upset, I was giving her the benefit of the doubt since she is a co workers Mom I thought maybe she took care of it BUT didn't get back to me. That does not seem to be the case... I would have saved $100 on the price and I guess $100 on the promo:mad:

I think you got everyone's best advice in the other thread. At this point all you could hope to do is to get a different TA to take a transfer. Call TA's and get their advice, that's my advice :)

Dave's right. But don't do anything until you get a firm commitment from another TA as to what they'll do. This late in the game, it may be trickier although possible.
