I did search the forum but not able to find anything specific to my question. We are on the Navigator November 28, 2011. They are putting us at Hyatt Pier 66 the night before embarkation. We would like to hop on the Sun Trolley and pick up a few things at the Harbor Shops mall in the morning on embarkation day. Since Regent is providing the transfer, does anyone know approximately what time Regent usually transfers Hotel passengers to the port? Thanks!

Does the hotel offer a free shuttle service to the pier, and is it later than the Regent bus?

If your asking about Embassy Suites and you are booked through Regent then it is free. If you are booked on your own then I think it is about $12-15 and you reserve and pay on your bill. You can check the hotels website for sure.

We stayed at Pier 66 and the Regent transport picked us up about noon. The ship was only 10 minutes or so away, in fact we could see it easily from the hotel. I don't recall a shuttle laid on by the hotel.

Oops, got the Embassy Suites in my brain from another post after the OP.

The hassle of the ship transport isn't worth it. A cab is the best way to go and about $20 or less.
