What time does HAL begin boarding in Venice, Italy?
Well, my guess would 11:30 a.m., which is, I believe the established time that HAL commences boarding after check-in! :)

When I boarded in Venice it started at noon; check-in started at 11:30. I was surprised as both were about 1/2 hour later than every other port where I have boarded.

On the HAL docs we just printed, it says 1:00 for Venice, althought most on CC seem to think earlier.

On the HAL docs we just printed, it says 1:00 for Venice, althought most on CC seem to think earlier.That's always the "official" or "standard" boarding time (except for occasional late departures), and means nothing in practice.

We boarded at 11:30am for the 9-9-11 cruise.

We boarded about noon and it was a complete madhouse as 90% of the people seemed to select this time. Long waits for check in, security, boarding. Our friends arrived at 2 pm and walked right through the process with no wait at all.
