Holiday 2005 Sailings, booking fast!

I spoke with my TA yesterday - we are trying to book another cabin next to ours for additional family members that have decided to join us on the 12/17/05 Ryndam sailing.

I was more than surprised to find that all the cabins around us have now been booked! Two weeks ago, there were plenty. We've had to "waitlist" the one we want - hoping it will become available. Otherwise, there will be someone in the middle of the verandah cabins we've booked. The price was a lot higher than the others we booked, but our TA was going to see if HAL would match.

It seems that all the Holiday sailings are booking up quickly. Next year - I will be booking much earlier! :)

Anyone else noticing the same?

I believe this is typical of holiday sailings in general. They grab premium dollars but still sell out very far in advance. I hope you can get the cabin arrangement you wish. Chances are once final payment comes (a long way off, I know) then some cabins will open up for you. Having your bid in this early will surely help your case.
