Our travel agent said that Oasis immigration/custom lines are in a different area than ours will be when we disembark the Eurodam in Ft Lauderdale in a few weeks.
Does anyone know if this is true? I'm concerned about standing in line for a long time (bad knee).

Yes, the Oasis embarks at a different terminal than HAL!

Oasis will be at pier 18, HAL will be at 26 or 21 or 25.

The Oasis and the Allure both dock on the opposite side of Ft. Everglades and does not affect the HAL disembarkation at all. The Oasis is in with the Eurodam and the Allure is in with the Nieuw Amsterdam. The only that might slow your disembarkation might be if two HAL ships are in simultaneously.

There should be no worries at all in Ft Lauderdale, they are perfectly capable of handling 8 large cruise ships including either the Allure or Oasis, and it is not unusual on certain days during the winter season for three HAL ships to be boarding.
However to avoid standing in line you could always request wheelchair assistance. If you don't want to go that route, you will be disembarking on deck 3 midship. The gangway line is viewable from a few seats in the ocean lounge, if you sit there and monitor the line as your group is called you can virtually walk right off without having to stand for very long. Either way you should find disembarkation in Ft Lauderdale very orderly. However, be careful about trying to get off earlier than your indicated group as your luggage may not be lined up for collection in the terminal - and necessitate a wait and there are limited seats.
Have a good cruise!

Thank you very much for the info and suggestions. And for the map!:)
I really appreciate it. I feel much better about this now.
We are hoping we can do that program where we pay extra and they take our luggage and we don't see it again til we get home. (Can't remember what it is called). We've done it twice now and it is wonderful.

Luggage Direct -- if you qualify.
Immigration and customs goes very quickly.
If you do have problems with your knee -- you should contact HAL before your cruise and ask for assistance before and after the cruise. The ramp to get on and off the ship in Ft Lauderdale is steep.
