We remember reading how wonderfuly comfortable HAL beds are, but our questions is how do they make them up ? 1 or 2 sheets, duvets ? Pillows ? ?

I think in most of the cabins they use the 3 sheets with a thin blanket.
I find that it's not a very warm combination, but guess that one could ask for extra blanket if necessary.
Otherwise, a very comfortable sleep at sea.

If it's similar to other HAL cruises we have been on there are multiple pillows, some down, I think a couple sheets plus a down comforter, very comfortable. There are additional blankets available, if needed.

If you are in a Deluxe Suite (SA- SC) you should have a down duvet on the bed as well as a host of pillow options.

In my VA cabin I had 3 sheets & a blanket plus 6 pillows. There was an extra blanket in the clothes closet. I was very comfortable. The 2 beds were made into a queen. Your room steward will bring your extra pillows & blanket. All you have to do is ask. Enjoy your cruise & nightly sleep. The best thing is that your bed will be made for you the next day. That's what I really love about cruising.
