still in planning stages but what are the set times for dinner? I am trying to decide between this and anytime dining option. Our group will be 7.

Yes, early and late seating. If I were you, on an Alaskan cruise especially which is very port intensive, I'd choose anytime dining. You can make reservations for up to 3 days at a time if you have a mind to, or you could just wing it, see what time you are back onboard and all ready for dinner. Of course there is always the Lido!:D

I was wondering the same thing. We have very long port days. We will be in Juneau until 10:30 pm and Skagway until 9:00 pm. I guess anytime dining is the way to go.

Anytime is a good way to go but remember they have a time they stop serving so coming back at 9 pm will not get you food I don't think!. Unless you use room service. One could eat early and go back out. Just remember to read the daily bulletin and plan your day ahead! There is usually a theme munchies buffet later at night.

thanks for the advice. What are the serving times in the main dining room for early and main seating?
