Noordam Barbados Shasa snorkel with turtles

We are visiting Barbados on the 7th of january 2012 with the Noordam. And we are curious if other people do the 3 hour tour. Or has anyone experienced Shasa?

If so, are they easily to recognize in the Harbour (pier 2)?
