Has anyone had a problem trying to fill out the form online?

I believe HAL's web site is either down or has been down since yesterday. Try later or in a couple of days.

Just beware of typos. A fellow cruiser on the volendam last week was very embarrassed after making a typo on the form re the number of HAL cruises, when the captain tried to honor her for 1000+ nights!!! You would think they would check those things out!

We never had a problem. BUt like stated earlier, Holland's web site beeen going through some "maintenance" and off line this past weekend. Give it another try.

You didn't say what kind of problem you were having. It may be site problems
as others have suggested, but try not leaving any spaces in your phone
number (no hypens either), that's what I was doing and it worked like a charm
after that.:D

Just got off the Volendam on Sunday and I didn't hear anything about someone making a mistake about the number of days they had cruised with HAL. But since there were 2 Mariner parties each segment, the incident may have happened at the party we weren't at.

Did you make sure your NumLock key was lit? Just tried it without being on,
and could not enter any information;)
