When should I book return flight out of Port Canaveral?

Can anybody give me information as to when the bus get to Orlando airport from Port Canaveral? I want to make sure that a 1:30 PM departure give us plenty of time...

It all depends how quickly you get off the ship. Last week we were in the first group called to disembark, and were at the airport by 10:40a. I would think even if you were slightly later to be called off the ship that a 1:30 departure time is doable.

Depends on how early the ship clears customs. At the end of our Christmas cruise we were delayed clearing customs and off the ship quite a bit later than predicted. A 1:30 departure may have worked, but to have sufficient time to check bags (lines at the airport were HUGE and bags must be checked on most airlines like 60 minutes before travel these days) and clear security (an amorphous and unpredictable experience at the Orlando air port at best) it would have been tight.

I would predict that it should work but I would not depend on any flights earlier than that.

Thanks - we are taking the 1:35 PM flight back home, if I can't make that one they have a 2:40 PM that I can get on.
