I am getting a little confused. The new bar prices seem to quote 5 domestic for $20 plus service. The offer on "indulgence" bought before you leave option is currently for my cruise 6 beers for £21.85 that includes the service. I am confused at this. If you elect to buy a few beer buckets via indulgences is that the way to get the best price. Can you then take the cabin beer to the bar to open. Am I making sense on this... ?

On the Ryndam last month it was Buy 4 get one free. Domestic was $20 and import was $22. This doesn't include the tip. If you buy it while in a US port, you will also pay the state tax. Yes, you can bring it back to your room.

Thanks - can I ask if the "indulgence" 6 pack for 21.85 can be bought in multiples and taken FROM the cabin to the bar. It seems that 6 delivered to the room and ordered before you leave for your cruise is better than 5 for 4 bought in the bar ?

We tried to order the six pack of Heineken from the Indulgences package too late for our first day on Eurodam. When we checked into our room I called down to the front desk to order the six pack. When I inquired as to the price (couldn't remember what Indulgence price was), I was told it would be $23.00 and that price included the 15% gratuity or service charge. When the order was delivered to the room it was actually $23.00 Plus the 15% charge of 3.45 Plus a port or Florida state tax. I immediately called the front desk to inquire about the difference and was told nothing could be done. The woman claimed that the clerk I spoke to earlier when I placed the order must have been new to the ship. Removal of the tax would have been nice, but didn't happen.
I ordered again during the week and the price was the same (not state tax this time as we were at sea), $23.00 plus the $3.45, and it was indeed a six pack. (which is the same as the Indulgence package, as I saw when I returned home)
At the pool and in the casino, they sold you 5 beers for a bucket, not six like room service. The waiters said that room service has its own deal, which seemed like the better one.
Hope this helps.

And yes, you can take the cans anywhere on the ship from your room since you bought them on the ship

My DD drinks Corona and always orders the bucket for the room multiple times. When we order it through indulgencies, we just mark it "deliver at sea" but it is always there when we get there and don't get charged the tax. We bring a bottle opener with us, but she usually goes to one of the bars and they will open it and put the lime in it. Room steward always keeps it filled with ice.

Is there a non-alcholic beer?
If so, is this available by the bucket -six pack?

I know they had N/A beers on the menus in the bars but not sure if they sold it in the bucket or not. I know they were cheaper so the price of the bucket (if they sell it that way) should be cheaper also.
