Typically there's at least one per day on every ship. They'll be listed in the daily Explorer program. Sometimes they're 2-for-1, sometimes 2nd drink $1.

In Nov the happy hour prices were 2 for1 plus $1. There were 2 each day, back to back:o...first at the Ocean bar for an hour and next at the Crows Nest for an hour. I believe they started at 4pm but it might have been 5.
