We are sailing on the Nieuw Amsterdam in a couple weeks and wonder if anyone has a copy of the 2011-2012 daily Dining Room menu for the Caribbean? We were on the Oosterdam last summer in Alaska and noticed that the menus have significantly changed with strong influence from the Culinary Council.
