Need a quick answer - since we're leaving this afternoon. We booked a balcony guarantee (I've never booked a guarantee before). On our documents - no cabin is listed; however, when I booked our shore tours it listed cabin 8017. Should I fill out my luggage tags with this number - or leave it blank? ( I did order a TUX for DH with this cabin #)
Thanks,
Smiling Sandy

I would go on HAL's website under immigration form, print, and see if that same number shows up. If so, it's probably safe to put that number on your luggage tags. Have a great trip.

Thanks for the quick reply - but no cabin assignment came up on those forms - I printed them out last night.....so should I just leave the tags blank?

It's easier to fill-in than erase. I'd leave the space blank.
If you booked a guarantee your cabin assignment can be changed right up 'til the last minute. Might not be, but....
When does your cruise leave? The closer you are to sailing date the more likely your cabin assignment is firm.

I'd leave the cabin number space on the luggage tag blank. When you arrive at the pier to hand over your luggage, the porter will look up your cabin number on the manifest and you can write it on the tags before you check in.
