I have about 9 lbs. I would like to lose before I leave for my trip on April 29th, which is 14 more weeks! We are actually flying out the day before to San Juan.

I did this last year and the morning of the trip I weighed myself and was exactly my goal weight!!!

I am just watching what I eat, juicing and exercising. It would be great to get more of us here so we can all support each other and be accountable to one
another.

Hi Cheryl,

I'm cruising on 4/29 also. I'm trying to lose 15 pounds, and I've lost 5.5 already.

I use "my fitness pal" website and smart phone app. I highly recommend it, it tracks all of your calories, and your weight. It really keeps me on track!

Hi!!!

I use MyFitnessPal.com also! That is part of what helped
me stay on track last year!!! It really does help so much!!!

Thank you for coming here!!! We can do this!!! :D I have
about 10 - 15 I would love to lose by then. I told my husband
we have to start walking NOW so we can start getting in
better shape earlier rather than later. It'll be worth it by the
time we cruise!!!

Hi, I am cruising April 15th and I would love to lose 15 pounds by then. I am an emotional eater and I have such a hard time with weight loss. I could use the support too! Lets do this!
