   One letter and 7 emails(to date) to Celebrity's CEO and Executive Comittee since January have been totally ignored, no comment or reply.
Why the complaint??
Booked on the Horizon(a very tired ship)Cat.4, unobstructed view cabin. Entering the cabin we noted a hoist taking up the left corner of the window, 4 large life raft container arranged in front of the window(4' high or 16' long), a suspended platform taking up the right window. The biggest problem though was that the cabin was located at the top of a stairway. Each crew member who went up or down the stair had a full view of our whole cabin. We had to have our curtains closed the whole cruise. It was the crew that had the unobstructed view.
The ship was full so we were informed that we had to stay put(unfortunatley we did not protest in writing).
A second problem arose with the "Ultimate Island Tour and Barbeque" NOTE HERE you are taking your life in your hands when you sign on for these tours. There are no safety precautions afforded the clients whatsoever and Celebrity is fully aware of this. There is no "due diligence"
We complained, in writing, about the tour on Tortola(the barbeque was a ticket to a sleezy cat ridden shack on a beach....$5.00 to sit in a chair on the beach for 1/2 hour)
All this has been presented to Celebrity's top management, all of this has been ignored. With Celebrity the customer is to be ignored.
Any suggestions? Know the new CEO's personal email???
In the furture we will complain on the ship and ignoring us will not be acceptable. Make sure you do the same.
