Recently had a wonderful cruise thru Holland America. Having sailed from Port Everglades previously and paid the going rate of $12/day, we looked for a less expensive option (cheaper). Found this company for $5.99/day. Don't do it - the old saying of you get what you pay for is tooooooo true. Once we arrived, it was more than 30 mins before they started to load passengers and luggage (we had none since we dropped friends and luggage at the pier). Minimum of 20 mins boarding due to the very small accomodations and the age of the passengers trying to climb to the back of the van which 'seated 4' (maybe if you were very small children). People with disabilities were not accommodated (find a seat - any seat). To make a long story short, it was well over an hour prior to arriving back to the ship to board. Our friends had already boarded, been shown their cabin and had their luggage delivered! Our return trip was better but they crammed 4 people in a seat that should have 3 at the most (towing a trailer for luggage). We called to let them know we had disembarked and all 3 phone numbers had 'full voice mail boxes' so we sat and waited and hoped.
We noticed that Park'n'go came thru our area many many times with actual vehicles built to accommodate cruise passengers and luggage. They are slightly more expensive but they will be our route the next time. Fair warning to anyone who tries Premier Parking. If I could put this warning on all the cruise boards, I certainly would.
