Jacqui, something about luggage and the CD and one of the Shore Reps said she took photos with her cell phone.... Really disjointed conversations, but enough that the bridge asked for John to go down to the terminal.

I have no idea what's going on but sounds maybe like vandalism or theft????????

Leaving in a moment for podiatry appointment will be back in a couple of hours, I hope. Keep me advised please??

"We have a datacenter outage in progress. This is affecting all our streaming video on all sites. You will see OFFLINE messages under our video players. Engineers are aware of the issue and working on it. Thank you for your patience." (David)

According to their Facebook page the web site is concurrently experiencing a data outage and engineers are aware of it.

Hopefully, it will be prepared in time for todays Sail-Aways.

Well that was a "SOP" Standard Operating Procedure horn showing from Miracle.

I liked Miracle's horn - I think it has a nice deep clean sound. Maasdam's does too... can't wait to hear it! m--

I recognized the Captain's voice from earlier today when he was getting Copper10-8 working on another situation with disembarking passengers.

While we're waiting... Our first cruise was on Spirit to Alaska - got hooked.

Also sailed Spirit to Mex southern Rivera, wonderful cruise. Then we joined son and wife on Carnival Liberty - OY that was a ship of different flavor. Not my style but ok to see family. We took my brother and his wife for their first cruise on Maasdam and hooked them too!

Now i'm excited about our upcoming Maasdam cruise all around the Caribbean islands. We got another 7 inches of snow here over the weekend... which is good for us but winter is winter and the Caribbean is the Caribbean!! m--

I agree, Kazu. We've sailed on the Noordam which we loved...but nothing can compare to the S class ships...LOVE the Maasdam and look forward to the Ryndam next year.

dh - just looked at me like I was nuts :rolleyes: but so be it - I caught him looking and we just have a little over three weeks to go :)
