I am doubtful with all the neccesary security but is it possible to arrange for a visitor's pass to come on board the ship when we are in port? If yes, how do you do it and how far in advance? We will be on Insignia on 29 May. Thanks

As far as I know, Oceania does not allow visitors. Only the boutique ships, with relatively few passengers, such as Seabourne (200 passengers) and Silversea (295 to 382 passengers) allow visitors (I am not sure about RSSC). Even in those cases, you have to pre-register the visitor (passport and particulars) with the cruise line and receive prior clearance (at least a week ahead of time). I read somewhere that if a Silversea visitor wants a meal on board (if the schedule allows), it is $25 for breakfast, $50 for lunch and $75 for dinner or something like that. Hope this helps.
