Got room for another? My name is Linda, I'm from PA where it's FINALLY warming up a bit. I have 3 sons 6, 23, and 25 :)
I'm So glad I found these threads We're cruising in Oct and I would Love to loose 35 lbs. But admit I just don't have the motivation:confused: My sister is trying to help me and she'll help me follow Weight Watchers. She joined a few months ago and has lost 37 lbs. I just don't have the disipline she does. She is much heavier then I and she wants/needs to loose about 100 lbs. She tries to get me motivated but it's not working, lol I finally made up my mind, that's, it APril 1st I"m starting.
My biggest problem is I never had to diet before, I have alway's been on the slimmer side that is until after I had my last son. I'm 45lbs heavier then before getting pregnant with him but I'd be happy to loose 35 and be back down to 130. I'll be starting low impact aerobics 2 nights a wk, and start walking each day for 30 mins. I'm totally lost when it comes to "healthy meals". I' m hoping to get some motivation here since i"m at the boards everyday anyway. Maybe it will make me accountable:D Well anyway, I've ramble, hope to chat with you all and loose some unwanted pounds
